The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

| After July 1, 2021 | No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows. |
All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.
All specific programs (workshops, mater classes, etc) and social fundraising events (IAOMS Foundation Lunch, Scottish Night, Gala Dinner, etc.) are non-refundable, however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email on or before August 1, 2021 and the booking will be allocated accordingly.
Please note that no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, etc.) within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 1, 2021 and no exchanges will be made after August 1, 2021. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The IAOMS and the Organizing Committee are not responsible for any kind of insurance for attendees. Participants must provide their own health insurance.
In registering for ICOMS, participants assume full risk (including foreseeable risk) of any injuries including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death, damages or loss (regardless of severity). Neither The IAOMS nor the Organizing Committee shall be held liable for any injuries including, but not limited to, death, damages or loss (regardless of severity) which may be sustained by any participant in connection with ICOMS.
ICOMS is subject to cancellation by IAOMS. If ICOMS is cancelled, IAOMS will notify participants of the cancellation as well as the amount of refund which will be provided to them and when they should expect to receive such refund. Neither the IAOMS nor the Organizing Committee shall be held liable for personal travel fees- flight, hotel bookings- if ICOMS is changed or cancelled.
The format of ICOMS is subject to modification from an in-person event to another format (e.g., virtual format) in whole or part. If the format of ICOMS is modified, IAOMS will notify participants of the modification and whether a full or partial refund will be offered to participants. Neither the IAOMS nor the Organizing Committee shall be financially responsible for personal travel fees- flight, hotel bookings- if the format of ICOMS is modified.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use and distribution of the participants' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
