**Trainee rates are offered to OMF trainees. Trainee Verification is required and must be on record when you register for the conference. Please complete the Trainee Verification form and submit it to Katie Cairns by March 1, 2023.

Register for the Conference and Social Fundraising Events
To be eligible for IAOMS member registration rates (with a savings of up to $370 USD) at ICOMS, please join IAOMS or renew your membership. IAOMS membership dues must be processed before proceeding with ICOMS registration.
To add to an existing registration:

Registration Entitlements
Registration includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition
- Daily Lunches & coffee breaks (morning & afternoon)

Programming for Trainees will be included throughout the conference. Trainees will be invited to a special networking reception.
Accompany Persons registration includes:
- Admission to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
- A tour of the local area
Visa Requirements and Invitation Letters
Foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Canada are advised to begin the visa application process as soon as possible to ensure they receive their visa on time.

To request an invitation letter please provide the following information via this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/

Kindly note that visa invitation letter will be sent upon receipt of full registration payment. Please allow us 2-3 business days after payment to process your request.
Special for attendees requiring a visa: IAOMS will fully refund (100%) conference registration for attendees who have registered and paid for the conference but are denied a Canadian visa. To receive the refund, kindly submit official documentation that your visa was denied to the conference organizers at reg-icoms@iaoms.org. Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days following the conclusion of the conference.
Method of Payment
Complete the secure online registration form, select the option to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER) and complete all requested information before finalizing and submitting the registration form. If the transaction is not authorized or is not completed please contact your credit card provider for details. Payments not completed can be restarted by logging back into your account with your Username and Password. In this case, the registration fee will be readjusted to the value of the current table on the day of conclusion of the payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a registration must be received via email (reg-icoms@iaoms.org) to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellation are not accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

| On or before April 1, 2023 | 50% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100 |
| After April 1, 2023 | No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows. |
Special for attendees requiring a visa: IAOMS will fully refund (100%) conference registration for attendees who have registered and paid for the conference but are denied a Canadian visa. To receive the refund, kindly submit official documentation that your visa was denied to the conference organizers at reg-icoms@iaoms.org. Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days following the conclusion of the conference.
All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.
All specific programs (workshops, mater classes, etc) and social fundraising events (IAOMS Foundation Lunch, Sunset Cruise, Gala Dinner, etc.) are non-refundable, however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email on or before May 1, 2023 and the booking will be allocated accordingly.
Please note that no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, etc.) within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2023 and no exchanges will be made after May 1, 2023. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.
Local Secretariat
The Local Secretariat will be available from June 7-11, 2023 at the Vancouver Convention Center for registered attendees to check in and for on-site registration.
Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. IAOMS and the CAOMS are not responsible for any kind of insurance for attendees. Participants must provide their own health insurance.
Disclaimer
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use and distribution of the participants' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
